The Old South is exactly where DC is. It was built largely on the plantation land of George Washington. The Old South is Virginia, Maryland, and the Carolinas. The Deep South and the Mid-South are not the Old South.
While Colorado is north of Texas, it’s not considered “the North”. And since there’s not any decent skiing east of Colorado in the US, your post is pretty irrelevant.
The only reason why I go south, is to get maids for the house…Those southern girls from the SEC really know how to clean a toilet, make a sandwich and get me a beer.
