Texas Players Mocking Charlie Strong’s Short Stature Will Probably Pay The Ultimate Price
University of Texas head football coach Charlie Strong is a lot of things, but “tall” is not one of them.
Strong had his opening week press conference on Monday, and some of his players took it as an opportunity to poke fun at their coach for his “booster” stool. It was all in good fun, but Strong will likely brutally destroy each of the players who RT’d this tweet in practice this week.

Detroit Lions DB Quandre Diggs:
Coach Strong always talking bout me being short but I'm the same height as him.. dude a funny lil fella!

Man, I know Charlie Strong is short, but that picture must be an optical illusion or something because he looks like an actual midget. Online sources tell me the 55-year-old ball coach is somewhere in the 5-foot-7 range — not that there is anything wrong with being a little shorter than everyone else, and Strong definitely makes up for his lack of height by being a freak athlete.
Even if I was on good terms with Strong, I probably wouldn’t be openly teasing him about his height. That’s a good way to find yourself doing about 500 extra up-downs at the end of practice..

10 years ago at 4:32 pmSteve I’d already take a severe case of HepC just to punch you in the nuts, but the fact that you used “pay the ultimate price” to describe some extra physical workouts is absurd. Fuck you.
