I disagree. This seems like something said at least once a day in the Frat Castle, and depending on the day this might be said a dozen times or more. Geeds might say this once a week.
Fratstars need ice daily. My guess is a fratstar uses 10 times as much ice as a geed, so we say this phrase 10 times as much as a geed.
