Calling the DA in front of a cop that's trying to write you a ticket. TFM.

Actually dropped it off at his house the next day and he took care of it.

^^^Don’t submit shit that makes you look like a pompous asshole and you won’t have to worry about defending your own posts.

The cop “trying” to write you a ticket but didn’t because of intimidation–NF. The cop writing your bitch ass a ticket anyway because you deserved it…TFM

This didnt happen. But if it did I see the DA ignoring your call and the cop writing you the ticket and telling you next time not to make yourself seem important. And you commenting on your own post definitely increases your level of NF.

^i’ll take a lap for that. And also I never said I told the cop I was on the phone with the DA, that would be a dumbass move. I don’t know how calling a family friend and asking for a favor is NF.

I believe it, I know the DA in my town. called him to come pick me up at 1:00 in the morning… He came out in his robe and gave me hell, but told the cops to fuck off. He is also my Uncle, so I got hazed by my dad.

I was drunk driving at 4 am and crashed into a pole, instantly killing the stripper that I picked up from the club. I chopped up her body, put them in black trash bags that I conveniently keep in my 2011 ferrari enzo(I already pre-ordered the 2012 of course), and dumped them in a lake. Then the cops showed up and I blew a .35 so they cuffed my ass. I called my uncle, the DA, and he came in to the station wearing a 3000 dollar Brooks Brothers suit. He got the cops fired and blacklisted their asses. I got blood all over my Sperrys so I think I learned my lesson.

Fratastic, that was hilarious. Glad to see that not everybody views this as something so serious.

^ Hell of a contribution to the website and mankind in general. Thank you dirty. By the way, from respectable people from the south, change your name.

no you didn’t. Because even if DID know the DA well enough for him to do a personal favor of nullifying a ticket, you wouldn’t cash in one of your limited favors for a speeding ticket… you would just pay it and be done.

^Did the same. Ticket was off the record but still had to pay marginal court fees. Regardless of who you know (DA included) it is still legally registered and there is no way you can get it completely nullified as if it never happened.

^ Sorry but this is completely untrue. I received a parking ticket and had the attorney I work (I’m a runner, not trying to sound FaF like I own a law firm while still in school) take care of it. I didn’t have to pay anything and it shows up as being dismissed, and if I wanted to I could get it expunged. It could be different in Mississippi, but an expungement should take it completely off your record.

^Although your response was actually mature and most likely correct (unlike most responses on this site), I was referring to a speeding ticket for 15 mph over the speed limit. With two prior tickets, my DA explained that the best we could do was get it off my record, but I still had to pay nominal court fees with his approval. I believe it’s case sensitive, but my initial point was that acting like a dick in front of a cop is a classless move. Take your ticket like a man, call the DA, and take it from there.

Agreed and understood. Mine was 16 over but I had no priors so I’m sure that has an affect. And I completely agree that acting like a dick to any sort of enforcement is completely classless. Frat hard this weekend, good sir

How crass, calling the DA while stopped. Take the ticket and talk with the DA in private.
