Over 150 American universities have helped to produce Olympic medal winners. From Kansas in basketball to Florida in swimming, our collegiate athletic programs are powerhouses that help develop some of the best athletes in the world. But which, of all the incredible athletic programs, have flourished and given us medal after medal, Olympics after Olympics? Which program can claim their athletes have brought home gold more than any other school? We tallied medal counts and athletes’ college affiliations from the very first summer games in 1896 through 2012, and the results are in.     How the fuck is University of Houston not on here? Carl Lewis has 10 fucking medals by himself. I’m sure you probably went to the blemish known as Texas State and graduated with a 2.5, so I can’t expect too much out of you.
