On the same day Tyrann Mathieu was dismissed from the LSU football team for violating team rules, I bring you a feel-gooder, this time out of Nashville, Tennessee. Four year walk-on fullback Marc Panu earned a full scholarship as a member of the Vanderbilt football team.

Head coach James Franklin highlights the play of Panu in front of the whole team, explaining how his play is that of an exemplary teammate. He then announces the scholarship to a rousing ovation. Grab a tissue, you pansies.

    I can’t fucking stand these advertisements. I get that you need to make money but Sperry’s is already advertising way up there^. At least switch it up, I don’t want to see a 60 year old geed on steroids every 2 minutes.     Vandy’s never that good, but I will give them that their coach has a good head on his shoulders, he impressed me at media day. He gets the recruits he can, and a ton of them end up with a degree
