The Ole Miss PIKEs Who Brutally Assaulted A Sigma Pi Have Been Expelled From Fraternity

pike

Yesterday we brought you the story of the 5 Ole Miss PIKEs who jumped a Sigma Pi and beat him “within an inch of his life.”. Today, PIKE nationals has announced that those involved, only one of whom was actually an initiated brother of the fraternity, have all been expelled from Pi Kappa Alpha.

STATEMENT ON ALLEGED ASSAULT AT UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI – UPDATEMEMPHIS, TN – One member was expelled and four new…

I hope these morons learned their lesson. Five-on-one assault is never cool unless the one wins. Everybody knows that, you imbeciles. Hopefully you get kicked out of Ole Miss, too.

Good fucking riddance.

If you look up the charges, the guys smiling are only being charged with larceny, and one with a misdemeanor hazing. The only one not smiling is the guy with the felony charge. So it makes sense.

These guys are what the news used to fuel the anti fraternity culture. But as I have with every case, let’s wait until due process comes out before we publicly witch hunt them and presume guilt. Feels awfully similar to other events where not too much fact is presented and nobody waits for the absolute facts.

Regardless, their reaction to a botched prank heist should be, “Run!” and not attack. Whether all five attacked or just two, they’re still in the wrong. If our victim here threw the first punch while they tried to run, then our case is a bit more interesting. However, that just doesn’t appear likely.

Doesn’t matter if the victim threw the first punch. There are five of these guys and one of him

…and that’s why we wait for the details to unfold. I’m sure you’d feel differently if some guy took a swing at you, but a couple of your buddies hopped in and put him down. Also, the law cares about who swings first. But like I said the first time, that’s the only way this gets interesting in court, and again unlikely to be the situation. And yeah, thanks for also half-repeating my other point that it’s only really a matter of how wrong and how many guys are to blame.

The law doesn’t care who swings first when the result is a brutal beating. Broken nose? Yeah, absolutely check out who started it. Savage beat down by multiple assailants? Doesn’t make much difference. Even if one of them was using self-defense, they’re only entitled to use equal amount of force to repel the attack.

Those hypothetical questions/statements in your rebuttal look suspiciously similar to the possible details that I mentioned we should wait to hear… By the way, you should probably look at the details in charges filed against them.

Lap me all you want, but it doesn’t how they’ll defend themselves in court. And you’re no better than the SJW fuckbags and our in-depth TFM reporters – only two face assault charges, not five. Read more than just flashy headlines.

You know what Scootch, just because you’re starting to get on my nerves I actually did check out the report. You’re right, only two have assault charges filed against them. And you’re right, they’re going to argue that they were using self-defense. But as I said earlier, when you’re at the point where the victim has the kind of injuries that he does and there is zero evidence that the situation required that level of force, that argument is going to fail. And the fact that there were multiple assailants (as we talked about before) will not help their argument of self-defense. Absolutely no jurisdiction is going to acknowledge that kind of conduct as an appropriate measure of self-defense, even if the victim came out swinging.

Go ahead and take a seat, son.

Hey, bud. Thanks for the reply. I’m currently drunk after a wedding and staring at my phone with one eye like fucking Captain Ahab, so excuse any mishaps. Go back to my first post or second or second or something (or the the other article), and like I said this ONLY gets interesting if that one scenario occurred, and it probably didn’t..So we’re arguing again with the same points and on the same side – between 2 and 5 shitbags are to blame, to some degree, and the number and degree will be revealed in court, via details because I remember reiterating that. The TL:DR for this argument is: fuck these guys, the judicial process will reveal whom of of the 5, and witch hunts are way more fun like guy I can’t remember before said. (laps accepted, good night)

Aw cmon. Witch Hunts are so much fun! I’ve already got the torches and pitchforks loaded in my pickup, and the pledges are sewing a huge bag so we can stick the Pikes in it and throw them in the river. If they drown, they’re innocent. If they live, hey, let’s party!

*Has read TFM everyday since he was a junior at his all guy high school and shared it with all his buddies to prove how frat he was, now see’s this article about himself* “Fuck TFM those guys are pussies and don’t even know about frat stuff anymore.” – Mugshot guy on the top right

There was only one guy charged without assault (the one not smiling). But well done on writing an article claiming that all 5 fought the one guy. This site is getting less credible by the day.
