These 21 Photos Show Life As A TKE 50 Years Ago

Justin Maiman of Business Insider uncovered old photographs of the Tau Kappa Epsilon chapter from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL.

Maiman’s old man, an alumnus of the aforementioned chapter, pulled up a slideshow from his college days to show his son. The year was 1964. The elder Maiman describes his chapter as “all-around guys: campus leaders, good students, good singers.” The crew cut was still hot in ’64, apparently, soon to give way to the longer-haired era of the late ’60s.
