Have you ever seen shoulders that broad? A chest that barrel-y? Arbab Khizer Hayat was put on this earth for one thing and one thing only: push all the weight in Pakistan. To maintain his stature, Hayat is taking down 10,000 cals a day. He eats 36 eggs for breakfast each day. 36 eggs!

‘My aim to become the champion. I am thankful to God for giving me this body. It is a matter of time before I get into the world weightlifting arena,’ said Hayat.

Hayat’s daily diet is as fascinating as his massive build. He consumes an incredible 10,000 calories a day – a diet that includes 36 eggs for breakfast, 7lb of meat, five litres of milk and much more.

Standing at 6ft 3in tall, Hayat adds that he faces no health issues because of his phenomenal weight.

I realize more and more every day how much of a pussy I am. Here I am stuck at 184 pounds, scratching and clawing and eating everything in my path to inch my way toward 190. But nothing. I’m stuck at 184 pounds like the little bitch made hoe I am. I eat three eggs for breakfast with some Greek yogurt and turkey bacon. THREE EGGS!
