Throwback Thursday: W. Dodges Thrown Shoes

I thought journalists were supposed to be non-biased? This infamous moment in 2008 gave W. an opportunity to show the world his catlike reflexes, when an Iraqi journo made a weak attempt to peg the President with his Payless shoes. It also gave the Iraqi an opportunity to show the world his swine-like squealing abilities as he struggled like a pig after being subdued.

This is the United States of America, and if you’re going to come at our President, you best come correct. I’m sure the secret service had a fun time with this clown, but the most heart-warming moment that came from this charade is, without a doubt, the smirk W. shot the shoe assailant. It’s as if he was saying, “Seriously? That’s all you’ve got? You throw like a bitch.”
