So apparently 49/50 states are in a long, drawn out, dick measuring contest over whose area is better. Won't matter for long though, soon enough we'll break off from the coast, send all the liberals to Oregon, and change our name from "California" to "Frat Island." TFM.
California has an economy working at fractional capacity, decided that deficite spending on infrastructure would boom their economy, is relying on 45 other states to give a portion of their taxes to it to get out of such large debt, and as a back up plan if congress votes against it: file for chapter 9 bankruptcy and force the other states to help get itself out of debt. California’s GDP is 9th largest in the world due to the fact over 80% of imports from China and over 55% of exports in the U.S. leave from California. This TFM was obviously to troll.
I’m surprised at the amount of shit talking on here. You guys should be ashamed for taking such offense to this post. It’s obviously a joke (like the majority of shit on this site).
Sack up, south. Anyone who lives in california (like myself) knows how fucking shitty it is with the hippies and liberals.
I would just like to point out that we are all blessed to have been born in America, for it was, is, and always will be a great nation; a nation that is enviable by the rest of the world.
On a second note, I would like to point out that I am a Californian born and raised, and have recognize the good and the bad that is our state. Also, I attend UCSB and consider it one of the best decisions of my life so far. As much as you’d like to generalize it as a “hipster/liberal” place, you cannot beat beach weather, scores of ridiculously hot women who know and love to have a good time, and top notch education.
The basic point of my opinion is; the attitude and perception of a “fratstar” is different per each region. Just as the South has different social standards than the west coast, there is also a different definition for what it means to be in a fraternity.
With that said, fraternities in the South are much better in the South, because they are more relied on for the party scene of their respective universities. I envy the power owned by southern fraternities.
Also my best friend is a freshman at University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and is rushing Pike next fall….. at that time I will be visiting him and want to see how a Southern fraternity really does things.

14 years ago at 5:02 pmModerators clearly let this one on so that we could all rip this lib apart, not because it was an actual “TFM”.
