Danny Noonan biked past my house at the beginning of Caddyshack. TFM.

This is funny because it references the opening credits sequence in the 1980 comedy film “Caddyshack”, in which the main character Danny Noonan rides his bicycle to work as a caddy at Bushwood Country Club, passing a number of very large and expensive luxury homes in the neighborhood along the way. This sequence is meant to highlight the disparity between the protagonist’s humble working class origins and the lavish wealth of the members of the golf course where he is employed. The poster his highlighting his family’s wealth by suggesting that his childhood home was used in the establishing shot of this cinematic sequence.
