      Phoenix University’s online campus. They run that shit. Their alumni owns the domain name, and gets like 500 bucks a month to keep their site up.

      True. Beta alumni do own 21 buildings at Mizzou which is very impressive. But when it comes to their house yes it is a “fucking monstrosity” that cost them 14.5 mill but they cant party in their house because they have security cameras in every room and hallway. So they are forced to squeeze inside their small annex to party. House you cant party in is NF.
