UMSL Kid Steals Sig Tau’s Letter “T,” Trolls Them By Putting It On Craigslist For $3

Stealing the letters from a rival fraternity house is a sacred Greek tradition. Like screaming, or spanking each other with wooden paddles by the warm glow of candlelight.

Yesterday at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, the brothers of Sigma Tau Gamma stirred from their fraternity house to find something amiss. The “T” of the Greek letters on display in the front yard had gone missing.

Today, an ad was posted on Craigslist offering a “Concrete Uppercase T (Slightly Used)” for $3. The photo features the brothers of Sig Tau standing with the letters in front of their house. Their faces are blocked out with big, mocking smiley faces. The poster’s also a sly little shit in the description. The poster’s location is listed as somewhere near the south campus at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, so at least they couldn’t have gone too far.

I am almost positive this was the doing of a rival fraternity. Probably a pledge task. But maybe, just maybe, it was the handiwork of a woman scorned (though the Minecraft reference all but completely eliminates that as a possibility).

The poster also says they “Will consider interesting trades.” Maybe Sig Tau has a few letters in their closet as well.

That must’ve been a lot of pledge power to rip and drag a concrete letter from a fraternity house. Impressed they got away without any witnesses. The pledges didn’t fuck up for once

Turns out it was a TKE pledge and he Accidentally stole his own letter.

The pledges did fuck up, considering I’m in Sig Tau and he posted with an address. Lol
