    1. Rickiefowler

WRONG! America had already had battles with both the Nazis and Japanese before D-Day. Learn your US History.

^True but I’d consider D-Day the start of our stretch run to the pennant, so to speak.

actually the campaign in Africa and then the eventual invasion of Sicily would have never won the war for the allies. They would have been stopped by the Swiss Alps. Hence why the invasion of Normandy happened to liberate Paris and push through the rest of Europe.

History is actually a good major for pre law. If you know precedent very well and historical knowledge in general it helps when debating. Ever heard Newt Gingrich debate, he’s like unbeatable and it helps that he has a Ph.D in History.

Had the honor of meeting Major Winters at the opening of the Army Heritage and Education Center…the most humbling, FaF man I’ve ever met…also the Army tried to give him the Medal of Honor, he said no. TFM

For Western Europe yes. Although you can’t forget the Pacific campaign which began earlier than D-day and also Operation Torch which began our African campaign against the axis powers.

I would argue that the overall turning point of American campaigns was the Battle of Midway.

the war wasn’t about being world champions, it was about defeating the face of evil. Its disrespectful to veterans to phrase the world wars this way

I guess I’ll play along with this analogy and say that after we won our 2nd championship it was only fair that we got the shittiest draft pick- Nixon VP

How generic. Are there no more TFMs directly related to…fraternity life?

Generic statement pertaining to golf. TFM
Generic statement pertaining to being filthy rich. TFM
Generic statement pertaining to American superiority. TFM
Generic statement pertaining to Sperrys and/or croakies. TFM

    …just stop.

In case you hadn’t noticed, it’s the 68th Anniversary of D-Day. Therefore, it is appropriate to commemorate said anniversary with America-related TFMs.

Alright, then why don’t you submit something new champ? Because after your very vague description of the over dramatized view of Fraternity life portrayed by this site, there really isn’t that much more to cover.
