      Yea, having notice helped me move my HOUSE. I’m glad the 5 day forecast told me to pack up everything I own including my properties to prepare for the storm. Classless people.

      Last I checked, the people who lost their homes were warned of Katrina’s magnitude and advised to leave the city. They shoulda listened. That aside, VDBL.

      I was in new orleans three months before Katrina. The tour guide even said “If this place ever gets hit by a category 4 or 5, they’re shit out of luck. Just about the whole city is below water level.” If the fucking tour guides know you have to get your shit and leave, then its pretty obvious. Don’t live in that shithole.

      Katrina didn’t hit NOLA, it affected it. It hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and killed 1800+ people.
