I think everyone is missing the point. Yes, Biden is not frat. He is liberal and says some idiotic things. Knowing there are cameras and eyes on you and still having the balls to fall asleep (because you know Obama is not going to follow through with what he is saying about fixing the budget anyways) is FaF.
