Iowa’s away jersey is very similar to the Packers away jersey. The Iowa sleeves have slightly larger lines, but the way that he’s holding his arms, you can’t quite tell what style of lines are wrapping around the arm.
That, coupled with the fact he’s wearing the most popular current Packer’s number, makes that a logical possibility.
