Reciting the Miranda Rights to yourself in hopes that the arresting officer finds it sufficient. TFM.

The officer will find such behavior sufficient to arrest you, tell all his buddies at the station, and join them in laughing at your stupidity.

Why would you call yourself Frattourneyty LLC? Almost all firms are either PLLC’s or PC’s. LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation and the only benefits would be loophole tax exemptions depending on how your corporation is structured. There is a distinct issue with raising capital as well, because of the income flow from top to bottom in a trickle-down effect. Also, certain states levy a franchise tax on LLC’s (including NY, TN and TX). However with a Professional Limited Liability Corporation (PLLC) or a Professional Corporation (PC), there is no such tax in the listed states, and the ability to produce revenue is not as nuanced. Moreover, some states do not allow LLC’s to provide “professional” services in the legal field.

Actually Pro G1, you’re making sweeping generalizations that aren’t accurate. In fact the LLC grants liability protection for its members above and beyond most business formats. Moreover, not every state even recognizes the PLLC and for that matter, every state is different.

You can’t have a partnership if you’re the only person involved. Since no other people use this account, LLC is the appropriate choice.
