Carbonite rod, bass lure, sitting on the dock. That’s what I did all break.

    I love fishing

^Same thing at our lake house at Lanier, seems to work better in rivers from my experience. I’m more into deep sea and surf fishing, but fresh water fishing is alright too.

Yes, spinners in stagnant waters are weak, but in rivers and streams they real in some big ones.

Small world man. You’ve got some balls sailing on Lanier, once you leave the coves and get closer to Lanier Islands people go crazy with their power boats. The only boat we had docked was our Supra, I wouldn’t feel safe taking anything smaller into the main part of the lake. We had to move our sailboat to a friends house at OBX.

Motor boats keep their distance. Although, some like to get close for pics and what not. The boat’s hand-made, took about 6 years to build and is appraised at about $95,000. All wood, it’s a hell of a work of art. I’ll post a pic up next time i’m at the lake

Bull shit, I get large mouth to hit the spinner every time on Lanier. Maybe you just use the wrong color. Make sure it has some red on it.
