Snapchat can’t prevent you from taking a screenshot but what it does is sends a notification to the picture sender when you do. There’s supposedly various hacks that disable that feature if you actually give a shit about your slampiece finding out, which I’m assuming most of us do not.
This is funny because Snapchat is a mobile phone application whose purpose is to provide users a means to transmit sexually-explicit photos that are programmed to self-delete after a short duration, comforting the sender with the knowledge that any nude photos she sends to a sexual partner can only be temporarily viewed by him and cannot be re-transmitted to third parties. The poster is pointing out both the fact that this feature can be circumvented by photographing the screen itself using a second camera, and also bragging to the reader that the receipt of sexually explicit images is a common enough occurrence for him that he has dedicated the use of a secondary camera for that exact purpose.
