I’m sure there are some very respectable members of Pike, as there probably a few good chapters, too. It’s just that Pike is so overwhelmed with horrible chapters. They’re like the WAC: shitty team after shitty team, but occasionally one of them gets to be stomped by a real team in a BCS bowl.
Is it really a debate over bad chapters? I mean yes, sadly we did have a date rape and a death. And before one of you jackasses trying to achieve active status, the butt chugging, but that guy wasn’t even a brother. ΣΑΕ has had some bad things recently, and well as ΚΣ. Maybe shit has happened to fraternities, but we’ve all had that shit happen. So, it’s pretty stupid to continuously throw down one of the nations too fraternities because of a few events, when more than likely that has happened to you…except butt chugging, that’s just weird. First of all ^this. Second of all, Pike is known nationally as a date rape fraternity. Yes it’s possible there are some good Pike chapters, just like its possible to find a bear fucking an elephant while juggling chainsaws. You just don’t come by it everyday.
I once met a pike from New Mexico State on spring break a couple years ago. He told me that “they were the fucked up frat” and “they were straight out of animal house”
Yeah it was embarrasing. As he was telling me this, he was wearing one of those god awful hoodies with their letters. You can always tell someone comes from a shitty chapter when they wear a hoodie or shirt with their letters on it.
