My pledge brother got arrested with his girlfriend (public intoxication and boating under the influence) and tried the same thing! The officer originally said “No.” Neither one of them were handcuffed and both were placed in the backseat of the same squad car. Five minutes into their car ride to jail, my pledge bro has his girl giving him head in the backseat. Sure enough, they moved him to the front seat moments later.
