University of Texas Round-Up Weekend has officially begun. Neon clothes, washed up rappers, crawfish boils, and high school slams. TFM.

If you’re a freshman or sophomore it’s ok but juniors and seniors shouldn’t be going that low.

Unless you go to UT or get to attend one of the most magnificently fratty weekends at ANY Univeristy in the country, then keep your opinions to yourself. No weekend at ANY college beats Round Up at UT.

If you go to the “university” of Houston, kindly leave this site. And to ben elli, round up is for incoming high school seniors not prepubescent freshmen. Age of consent in Texas is 17. So even if one were to end up fucking a junior, it’s not rape and not cause for jailing.

It has lower academic standards than the SEC. It’s bad at sports. Greek life there is shitty. It’s in Houston. Need anymore?

Houston is a commuter school, it’s in the middle of the third ward, and their Greek life is a joke.

UH is a tier one research university so no it’s academic standards are not low. It’s no longer a “commuter school”, we aren’t bad at sports Case Keenum has the opportunity to become the greatest quarterback in college football (statistically-wise) and have you ever heard of Phi Slamma Jamma (Clyde Drexler, Hakeem Olojuwon) we used to whip everyones ass in everything. The advantages of being in Houston are endless so I don’t know why you think thats a bad thing because Houston is a great city (alumni connections), and only one part of campus is by the third ward the other side is by multi million dollar mansions. So please do not disrespect a school you hardly know anything about.

It’s Phi Slama Jama…only one m in both names…learn your UH history….but everything else is correct. Greek life is on the rise and the 4th largest city in ‘Merica brings several opportunities, more than your small SEC cities.

I stand corrected….regardless i’m proud of my school and I am very discontent when people seem to talk bad about UH when they really don’t know much about it…dont get me wrong I have the upmost respect for all the SEC schools and their history, but i’m proud to be a coog….oh yeah one more thing…Fuck UT.

Don’t even compare UT and UH. It doesn’t take much to get into UH, you have to be in the top 8% to get into UT. Everybody knows what Round Up is, Nobody’s ever heard of Frontier Fiesta or whatever. Hook ‘Em

UH is a ghetto garbage school. Your biggest fraternities down there are made up of like what 40-50 guys? Frontier Fiesta is probably about 100 guys sitting around doing hoodrat things and wishing they had UT women there. I think anyone here would rather be at Round Up than whatever Frontier Fiesta.
Oh and if you do go to UH you shouldn’t be allowed on this site. Google total ghetto move or something

I’ve been to SEC gamedays, and yes, they are quite the shit show. But those last a day, Round-Up last 72 hours straight.
