UPDATE: Alabama Alpha Phi Who Posted Racist Instagram Videos – “I’m Famous Now”

Oh, what a tangled web we weave. We now have an update on Harley Barber, the now former Alabama Alpha Phi who posted two racist videos on Instagram on Monday, and let’s just say she still isn’t doing herself any favors.

A recorded phone conversation purportedly between Barber and a “friend” (I put friend in quotes because it seems that “friend” likely might’ve sold her out one last time) has made its way onto social media. It’s… revealing.

If you didn’t watch the video or need some encouragement to do so, here are some highlights:

“I’m famous now.” “You’re trending on Twitter nationwide.” “Please, can you take a screenshot?”

“I wanted a career in politics. Looks like that’s out the window.”

“I fucked 9 PIKEs, and I fucked a football player.” (Can’t confirm the PIKE thing is what she actually said, but it sure sounds like it. She definitely said she fucked a football player, though)

“I’ve had my crying stage, and now I’m on my bullshit stage.”

Welp, at least she helped ‘Bama win another National Championship while she was there, so it wasn’t a completely wasted stint, right?

Someone somewhere has intel on who it was, and it’s time for them to fess up. She’s actually really hot, which is a plus for whoever went to poundtown with her, but it turns out she’s also super racist, so that’s not so good.

Barber has since been kicked out of Alpha Phi and from the university. As stated in the video, she’s now considering colleges in Florida and California, which somehow seems fitting.

Best of luck finding a new school to attend. And hey, if college doesn’t work out, you could always volunteer your time at a local church and go on a mission trip to help the poor people in Syria. Oh… right. That’s how this all started..
