UW Students Riot, Couches Burn In Streets After The Super Bowl

Per American post-championship tradition, the students of the University of Washington celebrated their hometown’s Super Bowl victory by burning furniture in the streets, destroying city property, and inciting an all-out riot.

Early reports claim about five couches were set on fire in the streets. No word yet on the number of arrests recorded, as far as I’ve seen, but we can assume a few hammered college students spent the night in the Seattle clink.

I wonder how many Starbucks were destroyed by hipsters during the riots. Thousands of scarves were probably lit on fire as well.

Western PA is like that retarded sibling you kind of wish you didn’t have to deal with, but still have to accept they’re part of your family.
