No, Easter is the miracle. Good Friday is meant for somber remembrance, not celebration. You don’t rage on Good Friday because the torture and murder of Jesus is not what you are celebrating.
Snedeker is partly right. Good Friday is a very somber holiday. it’s not a celebration as much as it is a day of reverence. not quite sure what he meant though with the “yankee” “atheist tradition” bit though. Good Friday services are held everywhere.
