Wannabe Rapper Shoots Himself In The Actual Face And Films It

An Indiana wannabe rapper called Kasper Tha Phantom took to an extreme method of getting his name out there when he shot himself in the face for a video.

An aspiring rapper named Kasper Tha Phantom—real name Kasper Knight—actually shot himself in the face for a music video. He posted the clip to his Facebook page, where it’s already gotten more than half a million views. In the video caption, he explains that he tried to find a cameraman to film him, but (shockingly) nobody would do it and so he had to film it himself. He says he’s been shot several times before and so this was “really nothing… This was like a 4 out of 10 on the pain scale after the initial impact.” This sounds like tough talk, but he’s actually shockingly calm afterwards despite the blood pouring out of his mouth.

The footage after the shot is disgusting, with blood gushing out of his mouth and Kasper calmly joking about what he just did. He started to rub the blood onto his face near the end of the video, which made me want to shoot myself.

As dangerous and disgusting as that stunt was, it’ll all be for nothing if Kasper can’t back it up with his work in the studio. I checked out some of his music on a website that looks something like if SoundCloud had existed in 2001, and it was…not great. Sorry, Kasper, but it’ll take more than publicity stunts to claw your way to the top of Indiana’s illustrious hip hop scene. Still, maybe giving this guy some type of award would allow him to move on from sickening stunts like these. It’s worth consideration..
