Watch South Park Hilariously Parody Fraternities In Last Night’s Season Premiere

Screen Shot 2015-09-17 at 2.05.26 PM

South Park is probably the funniest show of all time. The refreshing and oftentimes controversial takes that Trey Parker and Matt Stone have on today’s pussified society always throw a swift left hook straight to the jaw of politically correct idiots and their country-ruining ideas. Seeing as this week’s episode, the first one of season 19, was all about political correctness, you knew it was going to be a great one. And it didn’t disappoint.

I don’t want to spoil any of the episode for you if you plan on watching it, so if you want to watch the episode in it’s entirety, click here and read the rest of this article afterwards.

If you don’t care about seeing the whole episode, here are two of the hilarious fraternity-related scenes.

In the first one, Randy Marsh ends up pledging PC Delta, the new political correctness fraternity.

In the second one, Kyle asks Stan to get Randy to stop hazing him.

As always, there is more than meets the eye in Trey and Matt’s work. Some people are saying that the reason South Park’s creators chose fraternities as the means of conveying the douchiness of PC assholes is because throughout history, fraternities have been considered the “bullies” on campus. Nowadays, however, headstrong, annoying, politically correct libslobs have taken over as the campus-wide high horse riders.

That should be us. Let’s get back on the horse.

No, Nick Kroll as Ruxin on the League is frat, the Kroll Show is just a half-hour of not-funny comedy.

The krill show is garbage. I would, however, like to pee in Chelsea Peretti’s butt.

Being politically correct has never won a war, passed a bill, or made history defying social change. When people can speak their minds then dialogue starts and that causes change. Fuck Steve Holt.

If you really think about it PC promotes reverse discrimination…Anyone else notice how only white males have to filter their opinions and follow the PC rules or else be arbitraily labeled as a racist/sexist?

Smart person: *insert conservative idea that would objectively be a good idea for the country.*

Libslob response: “Shut the fuck up you small minded fuck you’re wrong.”

Its funny because the predominant Liberal view of Conservatives is that they’re really, really dumb…(not to support that myself, but I like to put that out there)

That’s ironic, because that’s all you guys do to democrats on this site, only looking at one point of view and believing Republicans have all the answers. The fact that you can’t see the own hypocrisy in your statement proves my point.

Objectively take a look at what has been said by republican and democrat politicians, and please tell me who has more practical freedom of speech.

In that context I meant take a look at it from a unbiased point of view. Don’t be subjective. It’s really not complicated.

South Park was trying to make a point about Political Correctness, they just used the “privileged” fraternity as a medium for doing so. Take a look at all the members of the PC fraternity which go along with typical fraternity stereotypes: They’re all the same, all white, all conforming to a certain set of views which are “brainwashed” into their head through pledgeship, without accepting outsiders (as fraternities are stereotyped as), and as the article pointed out they bullied those who didn’t agree with them… all while trying to enforce diversity and tolerance. I just hope that South Park doesn’t become PC because in the past couple of seasons they have really softened up and while I thought the episode of great I thought they missed a couple of good opportunities to show how retarded PC is.

My take on it was that fraternities have always carried the stereotype of “conformist” organizations, and that they looked down on anybody who wasn’t a part of their scene. The allegory in the South Park episode is that people are trend followers and want to fit in and so political correctness has taken over as the latest douche-ridden “join us or fuck you” mentality.

What song is playing in the first video? Is it a Talking Heads song?

It’s called “Genius of Love” by the Tom Tom Club. They were a Talking Heads side project, formed by bassist Tina Weymouth, and her husband keyboardist Chris Franz.

How dare South Park misappropriate my culture! I demand that this episode be pulled off the air and that any proceeds gained be used to fund hazing how-to seminars for the needy.
