I want to talk about this comment right here. 3/4ths of this is inaccurate. It’s fiction. And this comment embarrasses me to be involved with fraternities. This comment had to have been submitted by a kid who doesn’t have a pledge. And has never had a pledge who’s had their heart.
The TFM Pledge’s respectful to the e-board. He’s respectful to the staff. And he’s a good kid, and he’s not a professional writer, and he doesn’t deserve to be kicked when he’s down. If your pledge goes down the street, and someone makes fun of him because he allowed a grammatically inaccurate and farcical TFM, or says he has to “run a lap”, and he comes home crying to his housemom, you’d understand. If you want to go at a TFM user, you go after one that doesn’t do the right things. You don’t downgrade him because he does everything right and may not proofread as well on Friday. And you let us make that decision. That’s why I don’t read the comments. Because they’re garbage. And the Webster’s Dictionary who made this comment IS GARBAGE.
Are you kidding me? Where are we at as a TFM Community? Come after me! I’m a Brother! I’m in my twenties! I’m not a JI. Write something about me or the staff. Don’t write it about a kid that does everything right. That’s heart is broken.
So get your facts straight. And I hope someday you have a pledge and someone his mocks his grammar, and you have to look him in the eye and say you know what? It’s okay. They’re supposed to be mature upperclassmen but they really aren’t. Who’s the NF pledge here. Are you kidding me?
That’s all I got to say. Makes me wanna puke!
^^Yeah you’re right.. It’s perfectly acceptable to get all the way through Pledgeship and not know how to spell the name of probably the most important founding father of your fraternity. My mistake.
First.
13 years ago at 1:58 pmMisspelling one of the founding fathers’ names. Take a lap, brother.
