Who Has The Best Fraternity House In Florida? Vote NOW

College Weekly Cover

Each fraternity house has its own unique characteristics that make it special. Whether it’s a beloved party deck on the roof, allowed at this point to exist only out of pure nostalgia because it was built by pledges over a decade ago and is a spectacularly unsafe structure, or a quiet room tucked away in the basement, used for pledgucation and random party sex, each fraternity house is a snowflake of cherished, albeit it hazy, memories. There’s also the ornate study rooms built from the hundreds of thousands of dollars donated by alumni, the gorgeous architecture — both modern and classic — the auditoriums that double as chapter rooms, and blah blah blah all that other nice stuff too.

The point is, there are a lot of incredible fraternity houses out there, and since this is the non-pornographic (for now) corner of the internet, online publishing rules expressly state that if we’re talking about something we either have to be listing it, feigning outrage over it, using gifs to describe it, or ranking it.

Thankfully the guys over at College Weekly — who brought you the “Greek is Good” video — only want you to do some ranking, so via their new series, “Top House,” they present to you the six best fraternity houses in the state of Florida. You simply vote by sharing the video of the house you think is the best on Facebook.

The top shared house wins $5K in prizes from OnePiece, plus bragging rights throughout the state of Florida, so share the house you think is the best, the house that happens to be a chapter of your fraternity, or just a house you want to share to spite another house on this list that you happen to hate. Whatever.

This competition should actually just be a ranking of which fraternity’s alumni donated the most money to renovate their house.

Took a quick look at the OnePiece website, definition of geed clothes. They’re probably only in business thanks to all the Florida PIKE chapters that buy their shit.

Why isn’t UF Phi Tau a nominee? They always have a killer Oasis video in y’all’s top ten

They’re not really considered a good chapter at UF, from what I understand. They’re probably only highlighted on this website because SFPL was in that chapter.

It says “obly.” Dont know the story behind it but it’s an FSU pike saying. Sadly, girls bought into it.

I actually was pretty underwhelmed by FSU PIKE until I saw that all of their rooms have their own kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. So there’s essentially 60 apartments inside of there. What the fuck.

Also, those guys were huge tool bags. We get it, you’re rich as fuck.
