Oregon’s New Football Facility Is Completely Insane (Photos)
The University of Oregon’s new football facility, the Football Performance Center, was recently completed, and as you can probably imagine, it’s sick. Very sick. Like $68 million and 145,000 square feet sick. Nike co-founder and Oregon Duck alum Phil Knight funded the project. Uncle Phil didn’t cut any corners either.
Remember when people were all excited about Alabama’s new waterfall feature in their hot tub area? Well, the unveiling of Oregon’s new Football Performance Center was Phil Knight’s equivalent of standing at the edge of the Bama hot tub and pissing a high, arching stream right into it while he looks back over his shoulder with a shit-eating grin.

I’m noticing a distinct lack of National Championship trophies.

13 years ago at 11:46 pmStill doesn’t disguise the fact that it’s Oregon.
13 years ago at 11:57 amThe only category Oregon beats an SEC team in.
13 years ago at 11:58 amBetter jettison Tennessee quick
13 years ago at 12:03 pmNow all Oregon has to do is be good at football
13 years ago at 11:59 amYou realize for the last decade they’ve been a top 10 team almost every year right? You’re probably a Alabama fan who cheers for the SEC and not Bama. Now go take a lap and go do some research on football teams
13 years ago at 12:29 pm^ You realize that being a top 10 team for a decade doesn’t mean shit if you can’t win the championship?
13 years ago at 12:38 pm^^ If you’re not first your last
13 years ago at 12:50 pm^^ RFM?
13 years ago at 12:56 pmAmazing facilities but seriously, fuck Oregon. They have the most ghetto players in college football, even more ghetto than all the players Southern Cal gets.
13 years ago at 12:01 pmThey know that hood rats love the whole new flashy uniform every week thing.
13 years ago at 4:42 pm^^ USC recruits from Compton and Crenshaw. Your argument is invalid.
13 years ago at 8:07 pmI, for one, am glad my school’s football facility doesn’t look like a Apple store…
13 years ago at 12:01 pm*An Apple store
13 years ago at 12:43 pm^this guy…
13 years ago at 2:21 pm^^Excellent name
13 years ago at 3:01 pmNo Oregon student athlete better complain about anything ever. This is like a 24/7 resort on campus.
13 years ago at 12:02 pmwell its specifically a football facility, so i bet every other student athlete feels shafted
13 years ago at 1:31 pmProbably not. The other student athletes on other teams get access to the “old” football facility which is now only 5 years old.
13 years ago at 2:12 pmAll they are missing is a sick trophy case for all their……. oh, wait.
13 years ago at 12:03 pmLooks like my summer home.
