    Congress has the sole right to declare war, but that doesn’t mean the president can’t make war without congressional approval. By that standard, half of the wars the U.S has fought weren’t wars. Don’t be an asshole. It’s funny.

    Dumbass, only congress can declare war. Just saying that we are at war doesn’t mean a declaration. This would only work if he sent a soldier to Chile for 17 minutes…
