Not the original list your fucking retard. That’s like saying Darthmouth and Brown are real Ivies when everyone knows that the only four that matter are Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Coulmbia.

I’m not going against texas, but the battle of the alamo was lost in 1836.

This is true, but that loss served as the biggest rallying call until pearl harbor. Regardless they still won in the end. God bless Texas.

I believe the keyword is “since”, Texas hasn’t lost anything to Mexico since then.

^^^ and you should really be embarrassed that y’all had negative yards until Colt got hurt and still barely scraped by with Gilbert playing the rest of the game

^Sorry, I guess we aren’t allowed to tackle the quarterback. And if 37 to 21 is “barely scraping by” then you have down syndrome.

^The score is not at all indicative of how close that game was. Stop looking at nothing but numbers to explain things. Typical liberal.

    1. Texas was its own country you stupid fuck. Being you’re own country #TFM. When did your state win its independence? Ohh wait, it fucking didn’t.

    2. Costa del Bomar

My state wasn’t completely ruled by a third world country. Read a book and you’ll find out that many other states were sovereign before officially becoming an American state. Nothing special. Texas is a new money spring pledge and nowhere near old row. Texas got hazed by Mexico for years. NF.

14 years ago at 4:38 pm
    3. Wait so other states fought against Mexico with little to no help from America? and other states may have been soverign but weren’t considered a country like Texas. Why don’t you read a book. Do they study Colorado independence? No because Colorado didn’t have to win its independence. Some fuckers just said “Ey we’ll stop here and name this place Colorado.” I guess here in Texas were just a bunch of proud people, proud of our state. Maybe you’re being a dick to Texas because you weren’t blessed enough to be born in Gods country. Sucks to suck dude.

Frat Eagle, as it’s obvious you know little to nothing about America’s history, I’ll keep this brief. The people who fought Mexico in the Texas Revolution were mostly settlers from the southeast, including the man who Texans worship, Sam Houston. And to answer your question regarding other states gaining independence from other countries…feel free to look up this thing called the Revolutionary War. Lastly, a simple google search should be able to give you a definition of what a sovereign state is, because you’re clearly struggling with that. You are a terrible pledge.
