Watching Fox News with my Dad, right when Obama walked up to the microphone he screamed "Is it true you weren't born in the United States you fucking GDI," then changed the channel. TFM.

Astounding. I applaud everyone for putting aside their differences in the comments and agreeing that while we all
    A) love America, the constitution, all it entails and the founding fathers
    we also
    B) hate anyone who dares practice Islam
C)believe that the elected leader and figurehead of the country is worthy of hate
Perhaps a refresher in irony and poli sci is in order for all.

Mountain frat wear- dont pretend to know anything about Islam, it only makes it quite obvious you are full of hate-flavored shit.

I hate Muslims. Try going to an Islamic country, you’ll agree with me.

You don’t know shit about Islam, Cotton King. You think you do through your ignorant, media-based generalizations. I suggest picking up the Koran and reading it. Then you will find out how full of hate these Muslims fucks really are.

Second frattisburg. @ cottonking You only know about islam because the libs brain wash you into accepting them. Go on a tour of Iraq and see how “peaceful”, “not radical”, and “friendly” they are in their natural habitat. They have as much business in America as you do on TFM.com .

Muslim hated for America does not stem from religion, it stems from what is perceived by eastern cultures as western imperialism and dividing up their region in to countries whose boarders are unsatisfactory. Whether you think thats rational or not, that is the reason, religion is just a cultural difference that both sides use to distinguish an “us vs them” mentality

no fratmobile, the Muslims hatred for the U.S has a lot to do with their beliefs. They have declared Jihad, a holy war on infidels

You could simplify it to that, or you could be cognizant of the world surrounding you and realize that these types of things have causes.

never said that there wasnt a surplus of hate in islam, or any other religion. maybe i should throw reading comprehension on that list of things you should study. also, mountainfratwear, a sura is a chapter of the koran (or quran, choose your spelling) so the koran cannot be a book of the sura. also, sunni and shia sects are categorized by their difference in belief over who should have succeeded mohammed in the first four caliphates. dont pretend like you can criticize me, r-tard.

oh, and a note of history. mountain frat wear, you like Thomas Jefferson, right? he was fiscally conservative (opposed natl bank) and agrarian (fancy way of saying that he, like you, believed that america should be ruled by white dudes from the south). So, balance this with your belief that “muslims have no business here” and throw in two things- first, T.J. learnsd arabic from his personal copy of the koran, and the first nation to formally recognize the US was a Muslim nation. Troll-lol-lol.

My company had an intern from South Africa last year and he called me a Yank which is how they refer to all Americans. So I explained what it meant in the South and made him drive beeper for the me and the other execs for a month.

A 61-year-old, openly gay Republican is running to become the next president of the United States. Are voters ready to elect an openly gay or lesbian candidate?

The DNC would not have supported Obama if they could not CONFIRM he was American. Why would they risk disqualifying their own candidate? Also, the Clintons were bloodthirsty. If for even a moment they thought he was not a citizen, they would have destroyed his chances in the primaries.

Islam is no more a violent religion than Christianity. Don’t forge that Christians have fought wars (the Crusades, Germany in WWII) and been the foundation of hate organizations (KKK). It would be unfair to insinuate from these outliers that the Christian religion is a violent one. It is also unfair to generalize that all Southerners are obese, ugly, and uneducated. It is unfair to believe that all Muslims are violent, especially when I doubt any of you have read the Koran.

Causing hysteria about Obama not being American and being Muslim, when both can be easily disproved, only weakens the Republican Party’s appeal to moderate voters, which make up the majority, and hurt their chances to win anything in 2012.

You are a fucking idiot. The Crusades were A THOUSAND fucking years ago. You don’t see any Christian-based groups committing mass acts of violence. WWII had NOTHING to do with religion….it was about race and ethnicity. Muslims are ignorant, pea-brained simpletons who use their religion as justification to kill “infidels.” I’m willing to bet you have never been to an Islamic country, nor will you ever. If you did, your misguided opinion would change. Open your fucking eyes.

I seriously doubt you have ever read the Koran either. It is a very violent book and you would know that if you have actually read it. Mohammed was an incestuous, murderous, pedophillic war monger. Before you say shit, READ THE FUCKING BOOK.

“The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.”–Psalms 58:10
Here’s a full list of examples of violence in the Bible: http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/cruelty/long.html.

Hitler was undoubtedly influenced by his Christian upbringing. “Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord.”-Mein Kampf

ANYONE using religion to justify killing others is wrong. But no religion has a monopoly on this form of injustice. It is ridiculous to condemn an entire religion for the few who pervert its good intentions. Hitler manipulated the intentions of the Bible. Terrorists manipulate the intentions of the Koran. Both instances are wrong. Instead of blaming the entire religion, I blame the individuals.

I’ve read the Koran and can say that it is fear mongering, hate filled book that incites violence for the sake of cleansing the world of those who refuse to convert to Islam. The Bible may not be all sunshine and rainbows but last time I checked it didn’t have anything like this:

Those who reject our Signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.

But as for those who disbelieve, garments of fire will be cut out for them; boiling fluid will be poured down on their heads, Whereby that which is in their bellies, and their skins too, will be melted; And for them are hooked rods of iron Whenever, in their anguish, they would go forth from thence they are driven back therein and (it is said unto them): Taste the doom of burning.

the penalty for apostasy in both religions is death and eternity in hell. these are fabricated stone age myths that no thinking person can believe in. religion is the most divisive force on earth and it is holding humanity back.

Examples of violence in the Bible:
And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day … And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones.-Numbers 15:32-36

And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive? … Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.-Numbers 31:15-19

And when he was come into his house, he took a knife, and laid hold on his concubine, and divided her, together with her bones, into twelve pieces, and sent her into all the coasts of Israel.-Judges 19:29

And Saul said, Thus shall ye say to David, The king desireth not any dowry, but an hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to be avenged of the king’s enemies.-1 Samuel 18:25

Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.-Isaiah 13:18

Tada. Both religions evoke violence, especially against sinners and outsiders.
