Actually, due to the wet foot-dry foot law, no Cubans that come to this country are illegal. They’re considered refugees. The fact that Collin Powell exists doesn’t make all black people great, does it? Does George W. Bush’s existence rid the nation of the white trash concentrated in the midwest or the guidos on the Jersey shore?
