I agree with sand hill. Military appareal is not for a fashion statement or to look cool, it is earned through hard work.

As a Marine, the cover kinda does piss me off. I mean we have shit birds like half dolla bill and his cronies who walk around in hacked up dress blue jackets as a fashion statement. I wear my blues for two reasons- The Marine Corps ball and funerals for fallen brothers.

Couldn’t agree more with Sand Hill. Couldn’t disagree more with Fratistics101 from California. Lap me too, don’t care, doesn’t change who is right and who is wrong.

Nobody is right or wrong it’s a matter of opinion. If a face on Comedy Central wants to wear a cover Im fine with it but I’m not a marine. Like I said, I understand where Sand Hill is coming from, but it’s just a picture trying to show how patriotic he is

there are so many other ways to show your patriotism but that emblem is a source of immense pride in the Corps and it’s something they don’t want disrespected.

A face on Comedy Central didn’t go through boot camp to earn the title Marine/soldier/sailor/airman. In my opinion, unless you earned whatever that respected title is, you shouldn’t do stupid shit like this. I think the cover is disrespectful, but the salute is so retarded it makes me want to punch a baby in the face.

Who cares… You think he means to be disrespectful? He’s just trying to show off his fucking jeep

While his comment was a little much, he is right, the earned uniforms of those who risk their lives defending our country should not be disgraced by people who haven’t earned them.

As a member of the Air Force, i agree with you. The right to wear a military uniform is something that is earned, not given. Many have paid the ultimate price and lost their life in these uniforms. People need to show some fucking respect for what the uniform represents.

I highly doubt he’s in the Marines or the military at all, but just looking at this photo I want to knife-hand him through his fucking face.
