Blake Bortles Is An Electric Post-Game Interview
After hanging an explosive three points last night during his dress rehearsal for the regular NFL season, my good friend Robert Blake Bortles did exactly what he has always done and kept it real during his post-game interview.
Simple and straight to the point. That’s just the type of no nonsense, leaders of character that we develop over at UCF. Big Game Bobby isn’t going to give the media the runaround. He’s not going to give you a coached-up, rose colored glasses version of reality. He’s just going to break it down with facts and give you the the stone cold truth. You play bad — especially at every position — and you’re not going to score many points. Fucking a, Blake. That’s a prime example of DQs (Dude Qualities) that Trent Dilfer said were unmatched in the league and would rally any locker room to success. Finally an athlete telling it like it truly is. It’s refreshing to say the least, and extremely reassuring that I made the right call when I put down more money than I currently have on the Jags to win the AFC South.
A little peeling back of the curtain, my fraternity brothers and I used to always wreck Blake in Football QuizUp back in the day.
That’s exactly what you want out of your franchise quarterback: a short term memory. Always looking ahead, and never worrying about useless things like the past or general rules of the game. Just go out and sling the damn ball, Bobby..

Sports interviews are completely useless.
10 years ago at 12:03 pmReality effin’ check. Everyone jumped on their bandwagon because of the possibilities but reality is a bitch, my friends. Sure, he will throw 25-30 touchdowns but the vast majority of them will be in the fourth quarter when they are down by 28. Yet another lackluster season out of Jacksonville …

10 years ago at 12:35 pmYou should put Dan Regester on a T-shirt. I’m sure you could sell at least 12.
