Bob Diaco And The UConn Huskies Will Win The 2016 College Football Playoff National Championship
Despite the University of Connecticut going 2-10 last football season and Vegas not even offering odds for them to win the National Championship, you need to collect every penny to your name, find a sports book to give you a number, and lay it all on the Huskies. Why? Because UConn isn’t losing another game, ever, according to head coach Bob Diaco.
Diaco: “Win. We’re going to win every game. We’re going to play as one of the four teams in the playoff and win a national championship.”

Diaco: "You have to show up to the contest and win. The CFB Playoff committee are good people and they want the best teams." #work2win

Not convinced yet? Diaco on the plethora of talent in his program:
Diaco on safeties: "The safeties are the best tandem in the country. Tell me a better one."

Diaco on Andreas Knappe's archery: “Not only could he tackle the bear and choke it out to death, he could also pop it from a good bit away."

Diaco on Noel Thomas: if he's not one of the best wide receivers in the country then shame on him" #UConn

Absolutely loaded. I don’t think my alma mater, UCF, should even bother showing up to the game at Bright House Stadium on October 10th. Speaking of which, Diaco came up with a brilliant idea on how to market the already historic, hate-filled, best rivalry in all of sports.

Official @UCF_Football statement: "UCF did not have any involvement in the creation of a trophy or an annual rivalry game with UConn…"

Diaco: “I’ve thought about all of that. We’ll call it ‘The ConFLiCT.’ We can capitalize the FL and capitalize the CT."

That, right there, is the type of next level thinking that has me believing it’s National Championship or bust this year in Storrs, Connecticut..
