Court Finds That A Professor Can’t Ask You To Suck His Dick And Keep His Job

In case anyone thought it was a good idea to go on spring break with one of your professors, here is reason #9872 why it isn’t: you might be asked to suck your professor’s dick. Robert Ammon, the Slippery Rock University (I guess that’s a real thing?) professor in question was leading a spring break trip and was apparently thought that sexual harassment was the way to get the party started. Who knew that telling a student that she would be your favorite if she sucked your dick was unprofessional? Right. Everyone knew that, Ammon, you dumbass.

This isn’t the first time Ammon had been involved in a little bit of dirty talk with one of his students. In 2006, Slippery Rock reprimanded him for another incident, presumably while telling him he needs to keep it in his fucking pants in the future.

The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculty, being the state union for university staff, defended him on technicalities. Dick move, there. This guy has a history of being a walking college stereotype ripped right out of Animal House, and they want to defend him because he didn’t receive a formal letter of complaint?

In the end, the appeals court thought it was more important to keep the students safe from the advances of a sketchy professor than it was to ensure the formal letter of complaint was actually a thing, especially due to his prior history. The school also feared falling victim to Title IX violations, which would lead to a legal cockslap from the federal government. Good decision, Slippery Rock.
