Female Israeli Soldiers Pose Semi-Nude With Assault Rifles
I’ve always been a huge fan of the Israeli military. Known as the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), the Israeli military is pretty badass. From wars against forces ten times their strength to counter-terrorist operations, the IDF has seen some shit. Aside from their war fighting ability and status as a democratic ally in a region where just about everyone else tends to hate our guts, there’s another reason to love the Israeli military: their female soldiers are posing semi-nude with rifles.
I like firearms. I like semi-nude women (I prefer nude, but I take what I can get). I really like pictures of the two together. Four female IDF soldiers are receiving disciplinary action for posting these semi-nude photos to Facebook:
I can understand why these soldiers’ commanding officers are pissed. Behavior like this is not conducive to the good order and discipline required for a military unit to function properly. At the same time, I feel like this could be a great recruiting tool for the IDF.
While there is compulsory military service for young men and women in Israel, many people from other countries, including the United States, enlist in the IDF. I’m no expert, but I bet a recruiting campaign involving half naked chicks and assault rifles could be pretty effective.

12 years ago at 4:34 pmService is mandatory there; so it’s meaningless for recruitment. However, perhaps a convincing tool for gaining allies…
