George H.W. Bush Shaves Head In Support Of Cancer Victim

George H.W. Bush showed off a new hairstyle on Twitter this afternoon.

41, the beloved president and decorative sock enthusiast, shaved his head in support of the son of one his security detail. The little boy, Patrick, age two, and is currently battling leukemia.

President Bush’s entire detail joined in solidarity with Patrick. Jim McGrath, H.W.’s spokesman, tweeted pictures of the former President and Patrick alongside the security team; all were smiling, proudly displaying their newly shaven heads.

A battle close to their hearts, President and Mrs. Bush tragically lost their daughter, Robin, aged four, almost sixty years ago to leukemia. The Bushes are said to have donated money to help pay for Patrick’s medical bills. Additionally, the security team launched the website www.patrickspals.org in order to help the family cover the expenses.

    Not to be a dick, but 41 was one of the worst presidents to ever run our country. We lost more jobs and our country started accumulating debt in ridiculous amounts. It’s nice to see him finally do something good for a change.

      Sweetheart, I worked in 41’s administration, both for a US Senator and for the party. I am well aware what he did and didn’t do; moreso than your whiny little ass. There was no reason for you to make that comment except to be contrarian and whiny. This was a damn nice thing to do but you had to shit on it for no reason. Honestly, if Obama did this, it would still be a cool gesture. Don’t overgeneralize everyone on this site and don’t comment just to show how different and superior you are.       41 was a decent president, but a better CIA director, and a better yet VP. This isnt the Huffington Post, though, so lets not be incendiary.
      No one looks good as Reagan’s clean up hitter, and Richard Nixon wasn’t actually a bad president. The motherfucker did open up relations with China at a time when that wasn’t detrimental to America.
