You go to a Publix and on the way in, you see a hoodlum standing outside with his pants real low, his flatbill on sideways, listening to his hip hop, etc. At first, this makes you think, “get a job you degenerate”. Well in the grocery, you get ticked because there’s only two lines open and they’re going slow. You’ll see this in most stores you go to, there’s almost always closed registers. The problem is the minimum wage is too high. The manager at that Publix could have hired the kid standing outside his store, but the artificial market created by minimum wage demands a higher level of skill than he has. If there was no minimum wage, he could enter the market at a low wage, gain the skills necessary for a higher wage through training, and work his way up. This boy has been disadvantaged from the start because the liberals are always trying to “help” him. They provided him with a public education, which is inefficient and artificial. Education for his type is real poor quality. So he gets to 16 years old or so before dropping out to get a job (gotta pay child support). And all this time, the liberals in the government are giving him more public “support” with unemployment checks. Well those unemployment checks, in many cases, will provide him with more money than a job would. At a job, he has to let the government take money for his social security, his public housing, his transportation, his healthcare, etc. This is unattractive to him and the employer. Basically, abolish the minimum wage
