If the U.S say, invades some shit stained country like Qatar, Russia, China, Saudi Arabia etc all view that as an attack on their interests and are very likely to retaliate. Our own allies might turn on us.
If ISIS attacked Qatar, the general reaction from the world would be “LOL good luck bro”, and sit back and watch the U.S shred them without putting boots on the ground.

ISIS is so small on a global scale that they actually pose a minor threat to WORLD peace. The United States having the most advanced military in the world would make us a bigger “threat”. The one guy with glasses even repeated the “World Peace” part out loud to emphasize the fact that that is the most important word in the question.

Creating enemies somehow makes us a threat to world peace? No. The people that are saying these guys are actually right are full of shit. Being a beacon of freedom and having people hate you for it does not make you responsible for the violence they cause nor does it make you responsible for the violence you must then use to defend yourselves. America was involved in WWI and II yet no one blames us for that violence…the reasoning being because the generations before us weren’t fucking retarded. So you are saying them cutting off a kids’ heads poses more threat to world peace than US military dropping bombs on both enemy and civilian grounds like they play Call of Duty? Not a single allied country of the US condones cutting off people’s heads under the name of their religion and ideology. It’s not a question about good vs evil. The amount of military power the US has alone sufficiently supports the potential threat the US has on world peace.
Having military might doesn’t make you a threat. Influence and threat are not the same thing. Comparing pur military to basement dwellers plain Call of Duty is offensive and unpatriotic. The US military could fire a missile to take your dick off your body without harming your worthless balls but sometimes mistakes are made. To act as if they are irresponsibly killing innocents is just horrifyingly false. Do I think cutting off a child’s head makes you a bigger threat? Fuck yeah! If you can do something that appallingly crazy and have it actually increase your recruitment then you are a big fucking threat. Anyone who says otherwise is merely stupid loop short sighted. Generally, blanket statements like that aren’t accurate but this is just that simple.

To comment: I absolutely do not have a skewed view of Isis. They are a radical terrorist group. Do they have a skewed view of us, as Americans? Yes, because our leaders actions do not reflect the views of the whole. Those who choose to be a terrorist maintain the same beliefs as fellow terrorists. But because our government chooses to make decisions, does not mean they are a reflection of all Americans.
