Putting cash in the tip jar before ordering your drink. TFM.

I doubt you’d get a payout from insurance if you tipped early. Now an early tip would most like ensure prompt service, negating the need for prompt service insurance in the first place.

I’m pretty sure the point these gentlemen are trying to make is that the original meaning of TIPS is To Insure Proper/Prompt Service. In the “old days” people would tip pre-meal.

And that acronym is irrelevant since insure is the wrong word in the first place.

If the bartender can’t already determine that you are a good tipper just by looking at you, you’re doing it wrong.

If his dumbass is re-elected, he, along with the dumbshits who voted for him, will lead to the downfall of this country. Do the right thing America, vote REPUBLICAN, no matter who the nominee is.

Carolinahaze, honestly do you believe Romney is a conservative? Granted Newt and Santorum are typical politicians, I would rather someone who is ideology in step than a sellout that’s no different than Obama. Ron Paul 2012

Ignoring the missing-the-reply-button, it’s my opinion that the only electable candidate is going to be Romney. General elections are a race to the middle, and Romney is the only candidate who has independent/moderate/mainstream appeal. That’s the problem with the primary system- the partisan base doesn’t vote with any foresight.

By the way, this entire field of candidates sucks. Paul Ryan/Huntsman 2016.

^ I agree; however, a Romney win would secure Obamacare. If elected I don’t see Romney having the leadership to try to repeal it. He wouldn’t have the senate.

Romney is not as authentically conservative as I’d like, but that doesn’t really matter in the real world. Politics is about pragmatism, not ideology. I want him to get the nomination because:
      1) He’s the only one who can win over enough moderates and independents to beat Obama in the general election.
      2) He’s the smartest person in the race.
      3) He understands business and economics very well.
Spending the next 4 years under a flip-flopping centrist Republican president is preferable to another 4 years under the fucking ultra-left wing communist piece of shit we have now.

Point three I couldn’t agree with more, but Obamacare wont be repealed. Gas needs to hit $5 a gallon to take the senate back to have a chance.

Well McCain and Dole were moderates too and remember how they won the presidency, right? Having a strong ideology and base shows passion, strength, and resilience. Moderates appear indecisive and weak as to what they believe in and it shows to the American people.

^McCain was never going to win because of Bush, and Dole was up against Clinton who was incredibly popular with moderates, whereas Obama is struggling in the middle, so I’m not sure where you’re going with this. Having a “strong ideology” might fire up the base, but it alienates 60+% of the American people.

I do agree with this but I’m still worried about beating Obama. GOP needs to aggressively go after him with his class warfare, taxes, healthcare, bailouts, increasing national debt, record unemployment, record gas prices, and much much more. Obama brain washes these simple minded Americans who cannot see the truth because of the mainstream media.
