Like This Asshole’s Tweet So He’ll Throw His Rolex Off A Bridge

Not much to this one. Just kind of want this guy to throw his Roley off a bridge. The chance that he’ll actually follow through is between slim and none. I don’t even buy that this account is legit. Why would this turd have 95k followers? They’re paid-for bots, if you ask me.

In the small chance this is legit, I want nothing more than for this guy to throw his very pricey wristwatch off a bridge for being an attention-seeking asshole. And yes I know I’m giving him the attention he’s seeking, so I’m part of the problem, but if it results in him being without his Roley? Worth it.

UPDATE: That didn’t take long. Bye bye, Roley.

Were you going for conscience? Or wanted everyone to know that Trump is awake?

You should post the same thing. Except instead of the Rollie you throw your pedophilia ridden body off the bridge

This “Rolex” is horrendously fake. The magnifier doesn’t magnify the date whatsoever, parts of the case that should be brushed are polished, and the size of the crown is hilariously bad.

it’s fake as hell but not for the reasons you stated… maybe that’s because you don’t know watches tho

I have an 116610 Sub and am pretty into watches, if you can find a reference that has the characteristics I described go ahead and prove me wrong.

Really depends- I like the clean look of the 114060 but the practicality of having the date combined with the fact that since I was a kid when I thought ‘Submariner’ I thought of the date version, so I went with it. Don’t regret it at all, but I can see both sides. The extra grand hurt but I was also considering a GMT-Master II BLNR so it didn’t seem all that bad. My thinking is that since this is a watch I’ll have until I die (hopefully), the extra grand was worth it.

you’ll have it until your grandkids die if you hang on to it by the way. my grandpas tank is the treasured gem nobody knows about. when the trust gets liquidated all my gay uncles will go for the 3 rolexes he has and the tank is my puppy

gold Cartier tank with leather bracelet. it looks dated tho on me so my goal is to sell it and throw 5k on the Sub

No problem man, and yeah the Sub is one of the few watches that I’ll keep my whole life and pass on. That sounds like a good plan, good luck.

You’re wrong, it is most assuredly a fake because of the things he said. One of the easiest ways to spot a fake is by looking at the cyclops date magnifier. Rolex uses a 2 and 1/2 times magnifier on their watches and this one is just for looks it doesn’t look like it magnifies it at all. Look at a picture one in google images the number practically jumps out on you.

The “magnifier” is referred to as the cyclops, and it is magnifying the date. Also, the dial actually looks correct. The easiest ways to spot a fake are by looking at the hands (these are correct), by watching the movement of the second hand, the bracelet and case connection (again, correct), and by presence of any so called factory engraving on the back of the case. The only sure way for some is to take the case apart. But this does look real. Remember that literally hundreds of thousands of submariners have been over the past 60 years with some changes and many are refurbished with aftermarket parts.

And if there is a battery, obviously. The only Rolex watches to use a battery were the OysterQuartz, all others are completely mechanical, manual wind or automatic, with all Subs being automatic.

I didn’t call it the cyclops because 99% of people on here would have no idea what I was talking about. The dial is not like one I’ve ever seen either, it has the 5513’s gilt dial with the red line but had applied hour markers.

I am probably going to seem like I am just trying to be “frat” or whatever but you’re definitely off base. That cyclops is not maginifying it 2.5x like a rolex one would. Look at any pic of a real rolex the number practically jumps out on you. The number would basically be taking up the whole window and it does not, this is such an easy fake to spot.

I realize this horse has been beaten BUT it is not even close to a real 16610 or 116610 Sub. Even if the face is aftermarket, the seconds hand is too short + bezel ring looks plastic not ceramic or steel. I bet he bought it off Craigslist for $100. He’s that type of dude that wears fake shit to the bars to impress sluts and then drinks well booze because he spent all his cash at American Eagle.

like I obviously won’t have the means to put 8 thou in a watch in the near future but I’m about to pull a TNM and put it on the credit or get a loan
