Here’s the deal. I want to sleep with over 100 women in college. I’m a high school senior and I need a game-plan. What schools are legit best for me, and how do I carry myself? Do I act like an arrogant assclown, or stay lower-key? I’m sure it’s been done before – rarely – but that’s my plan, and I need all the advice I can.

You’re absolutely right about deciding which school you want to attend, and you’ve got to be strategic here. You might think the logical choice would be to go to a large school like UCLA, Arizona State, UCF, or Penn State, but I think you should go smaller.
If you instead opt for a school like DePauw or Gardner Webb, your goal of 100 women means nothing anymore. You can go for a different target: 100% of women. You sound like a pretty suave guy, and what a legend you’d be if you slept with every single woman at your school!
As for your approach, you’ve got to go in loud and brash. Let these women know what they’ve been missing all their lives, and be sure to keep them updated on your progress toward your ultimate goal. Good luck!

I wouldn’t worry about that if I were you. Why not? Because one of the sad realities of life is that you’ll likely be in a position where you’ll have to answer to people who are younger than you. Right now, the coach of the LA Rams is younger than many of his players, but they still have to do what he says. In your future corporate life, you might have a hotshot 29-year-old manager come in and bark orders at you when the only reason he has the job is that his father is on the board of directors. Fuck, this is depressing. Anyway, just go for it. Even one year of fun is better than nothing.

3 months ago my fraternity had a party where I met a girl who I’ve been hooking up with ever since. She’s hot, can hang with the guys, and always gets herself over and back when I shoot my shot at 2 am. (I’ve offered to let her spend the night, she just never takes me up on it). We’ve been talking for about a month and in that time I’ve slowly been knocking other girls off my night call list.
I wanna ask her out on a proper date, but before I do, I can’t figure out if this one tick is a proper red flag or not: She has no social media. There’s a snapchat she uses regularly and she’s on facebook, but that’s it. Seems normal otherwise; takes care of herself, isn’t a crazy hippy liberal or anything, but my boys and I can’t figure out if this means that there’s an ex she killed off in her past that she’s hiding or if she really just doesn’t care. When I asked about it, she explained that social media is something most girls put a ton of effort into and she got bored of it, didn’t see the point, and deleted at some point. Basically said she has nothing against it and sees nothing wrong with it, just isn’t her thing.
Do I move forward and try to turn this low-maintenance-fantastic-lay into something more, or stop while I’m ahead?
It sounds like you answered your own question in the novel you just sent me. Aside from “no social media” apparently meaning “regularly uses Snapchat and Facebook,” you’re not in the dark as to why she mostly avoids it. It seems like this girl explained clear as day that she just doesn’t get much out of social media, and I get where she’s coming from. It is a little out of the ordinary, but you can’t write that off as a bad thing.
Think of it this way: When you and this girl break up someday, she won’t occasionally tweet stuff like “Removing all the assholes from my life” or “So glad to be around people that ACTUALLY care about me.” Social media never helped a single relationship, and I suggest you consider that her disdain for it might be a positive.

But if I was offered $100M to do it I’d just become a porn star.
But in a school situation I’d probably scope out locations other than just on campus because word will spread. Maybe start a rumor at certain locations like “yeah there is this regular that comes to this club and he’s a (safe, non disease having) sex addict but never had to stop/have an intervention because he was such a good lay. He’s like a high functioning alcoholic but the girls are the ones who end up drinking (his jizz).
But you can’t rely just on schemes. Just meet as many girls as you can even ones you don’t want to bang per se just to learn what different types girls are like and learn to identify what type a girl is quickly.
Honestly, the only conceivable way I see it possibly getting done in 4 years is to work at it so hard and diligently, learning so much, spending so much time, that it would end up being not fun anymore.
My advice would be to instead make a game out of how quickly (and at what quality) you can bag a chick. Can you get your time down to less than an hour after meeting her? 30 min? And keep score for yourself (like, got a 6 in less than 2 hours of meeting her but scored an 8.7, like totally dateable, in less than a week and that’s probably a better score anyway).

A confident college fratstar, or a post-grad with a good job, good looks, and money? Because college is only four years, yet, you can still get good looking women until maybe 35 or so? Around there? And with dating apps like Tinder and Bumble, it seems to make it easier. So do you think it can be done post-grad? meaning, 100 women in your lifetime?

Who had the better odds? I would say neither had an objective advantage. Depends on the guy and what makes him feel confident. Confidence and arrogance are different. Confidence is always attractive. Also depends on the girl. There will always be attractive girls of any age who like both types of guys you describe.
Figure out how to optimize for your situation. “Where will I come off as attractive to the girls I want? What girls do I naturally appeal to? Where are there a lot of those girls in an approachable situation?”
And it should go without saying that using any substances to overtly influence a girl is not part of that optimization.
