Man Rappels From Third Floor Window After Angry Husband Catches Him Banging His Wife

The ol’ tie-the-linens-together-like-a-rope-and-climb-out-the-window trick — I thought this was a maneuver only attempted in the movies. In fact, before this Brazilian man successfully pulled the stunt off, I think the only time is has ever been attempted is in the movies.

How long does it take to tie all those together? It looks like he used a couple bed sheets, a pillow case, maybe a couple t-shirts, then of course he had to tie his makeshift rope to something heavy enough, or bolted down, inside the room so it would support his weight. Plus, we can’t even see how long this thing is on the other side of that window. For all we know, there could be another five links to this line. Meanwhile, he doesn’t even take the time to put his pants on? That’s crazy talk, especially considering it looks like he’s wearing those cheap 12-in-a-pack boxers with the slit thing in front that has a difficult time caging your hangdown. Dangerous stuff.

That’s quite the process, not to mention an impressive engineering feat in the midst of a highly stressful, time-sensitive situation. It’s so implausible that it would make one wonder if this debacle was staged, perhaps some kind of publicity stunt, or hell, even a scene from some low-budget, smutty Brazilian soap opera.
