Mark Cuban Shares His Surprising Take On Politically Correct College Students

Mark Cuban is one of the smartest and coolest billionaires out there. Not only did he play the dot com bubble like a fiddle in the ’90s, but he continues to cash in on the tech industry to this day.

One of Cuban’s current tech ventures is Cyber Dust, a Snapchat-esque social media app that self-destructs texts and media messages after a few moments. Cuban is accessible on the app so an Independent Journal reporter reached out to get his take on this PC epidemic.

Cuban’s response was different from most, oddly sensible and somewhat satisfying:

“They are in college. They are supposed to be idealists. That doesn’t make them incapable of adjusting.
…
Every kid who participated in a 60s sit in didn’t turn into a radical incapable of life. Every kid who reached sex, drugs, and rock and roll didn’t turn into an incompetent adult.
…
The bigger shock is how the kids of the 70s turned into the leaders of the Republican Party : )

Essentially, The Cubes is saying the world’s not coming to an end because of PC douchers. Instead, this is the millennial’s version of drugs, sex and rock ‘n’ roll.

Think of all the fun those protestors are missing out on.

Cuban’s remarks are tough to argue with. The business world is filled with people who did things in college they may or may not regret today and that includes sit-ins. Still, they’ve adjusted to today’s business world because if you initiate a sit-in at work, you get fired and don’t get paid. That’s capitalism, son.
