Having to stop yourself halfway through telling the JIs to shut the fuck up because you forget they aren’t pledges anymore. TFM.

This is funny because hurling abusive insults and other forms of verbal hazing towards pledges is a major part of a fraternity brother’s role in the lengthy pledge process. However, the poster in question is implying that he has internalized this behavior so deeply that he feels reflexively compelled to continue it even after the official pledge period has ended and the target of his previous abuse has been fully initiated, at which point one would typically expect him to no longer be subject to such insults.

No matter how hard you try, you’ll never be as good as the original joke explainer.

^ True. But the original joke explainer wasn’t around very long. This guy’s dedicated and sufficiently thorough in his explanations. Keep up the good work.
